Shikhar25 is an operational transformation exercise to accelerate the EBITDA improvement journey. It is structured around themes or processes and aspires for benchmark operational metrics based on best demonstrated performance. This lecture is focused on idea management methodology. It covers various aspects of methodology like value pool identification by benchmarking, workshop methods, prioritization using 4i method, rigour in business case preparation and value tracking. It will showcase the significance of an integrated governance structure to ensure coverage and speed. We will deliberate the structure of IMPACT centres, which is the focal point for managing all aspects of the program.
