Common questions
Who can apply to the Innovation Sprint?
The Innovation Sprint is open to Master and PhD students and recent graduates from disciplines related to materials science, engineering, sustainability, data science and related fields. See the challenge page for the full list of eligible disciplines.
Do I need to register before applying?
Yes. You must create an account on this LMS before submitting your application. Registration is free and takes only a few minutes. Register here.
Do I need to complete a course before applying?
Yes. Completion of at least one of the mandatory steeluniversity courses is a required eligibility criterion. You must complete it before the application deadline. Proof of completion may be requested by the organisers.
What is the application deadline?
The application deadline is REPLACE_WITH_DEADLINE. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered. Make sure you have completed a mandatory course and submitted your full application before that date.
When will I hear back after applying?
The organisers will review all applications after the deadline closes. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly by email. If you have not heard back within a reasonable period after the deadline, you may open a support ticket.
